just have to copy the image code from your photo site. Like mine is from photobucket. Should see [img] your photo [img]

So here's a tip - if you don't have your own photos already on the web, look for one you like on your club website.
Right click on it, select 'copy image URL', then paste the address into your post. Highlight the address and then click on the Img tag.
That will surround the address, like described above. Here is what it looks like:
