weber on a 258
I've got a weber on my 258 no return line and 7 fuel pressure Weber says no more then 3.5 So I added a fuel pressure regulater off the carb and set a 3.5. Does anyone else run a set up like this? What pressure do you run onroad? and off-road?

Re: weber on a 258
I e-mailed Weber and got a great e-mail from Bud he says to run your weber at 2.5 and as low as 1.5 off-road.

I've been running it for a while now just remember to turn it back up when you are back on road.

Re: weber on a 258
I run the same thing, I need to tune the carb a little better, but ran it at 3.5 PSI off road and on, and I kept stalling out. Chuck

Re: weber on a 258
you want to run it at 1.5 offroad and don't forget to put it back to 3.5 when you return to pavement.

Re: weber on a 258
If you forget, the engine will send a reminder when you go full throttle to accelerate or climb a hill. Once the float bowl empties the air:fuel ratio will skyrocket.
