 April 22 NOVA meeting I said this at the Jan meeting ,just wanted to let you know I can not make the April 22 Meeting I will be out of town. sorry

Old Business:
• Officers report
• Review previous meetings minutes
• Get club schedules for 2012 posted!
• Joining SANS, Blue Ribbon, Tread Lightly-Rock to report on progress
• Discussion of what each club has been doing this year and how we can help each other.
• NOVA $ for private land trail maintenance discussion
New Business:
• If we have enough information vote on NOVA $ for private land trail maintenance-how much and to whom
• Review public land use issues- i.e. where to turn around at MaBell
• Trailfest 2012-
Determine event registration prices
Vote on menu options for BBQ and banquet
Decide Tshirt layout & color
Get an idea on the number of trail guides available which will set the registration maximum number of participants
Go over event description and update it so it can be posted on the website.
Get photos from last year to update event website.
Plan on opening registration around Memorial Day weekend.
