NOVA is open to new clubs any time. If your club is considering joining NOVA, look over this site and send an e-mail to the info link on the Contact page.

The next step is to have one or two of your club's officers come to a quarterly NOVA meeting where you will describe and ask to join the Alliance. NOVA is a participating club supported organization.
